SALES PROCESS

SIMPLE AND EFFICIENT
AND IN 2 WAYS

1- BY PROJECT

1.1- Our clients prepare their projects and determine each and every one of the cabinets, moldings and skins they require, and a list of the items that go to each house or apartment.

1.2- Review. All the variables that they will have are determined, such as color, whether they are painted or not, type of slides, hinges, and special instructions, or if there is any special furniture that has to be manufactured.

1.3- Quote. We have price lists for each type of cabinet (face frames standard and basic) or European style with playwood or particle board or MDF. With the price list you get the value of each SKU, and the purchase order is issued.

1.4- Delivery time. Depending on the size of the purchase order, the delivery time is determined and agreed upon, which starts counting from the deposit of the purchase advance. Normally it is 30 to 45 days.

1.5- Conditions of sale. The advance payment required by us is 60% of the purchase order value. And the rest is settled before shipping.

1.6- Labeling. Each piece of furniture is identified with a label, by project, purchase order, department number, and if necessary, the number of your cabinet in your project.

1.7- Pallets. We have the experience of placing the furniture on pallets, identifying each one to which department it belongs.

When the cabinet is assembled, the savings in assembly and logistics costs are
important.

1.8- Freight and expenses. Incoterms ExWorks. The cost of Mexican freight, customs expenses, freight in the USA, maneuvers and insurance are the responsibility of the client. We do the necessary documentation to facilitate the procedures for customs agencies.

2- BY PROJECT

2.2. When the client already has a list of cabinets, moldings and skins that he needs, steps 1.2 to 1.8 are followed.
